There’s usually something going on.

The Cock & Rabbit has always been more than somewhere to stop for a drink. It’s where The Lee comes together — for quiz nights, live music, celebrations, village traditions and the occasional evening that wasn’t really planned at all.

Some reasons to come to the pub are better planned than others.

From the annual Church Fête on the village green outside our front door to Christmas celebrations, charity events and everything in between, there’s usually something worth putting in the diary. And if something’s happening in The Lee, there’s a fair chance someone will end up here afterwards.

    Quiz Night

    Tuesday 6th October

    Join us for Quiz Night at The Cock & Rabbit, held on the first Tuesday of every month. It’s an evening of great questions, good drinks, plenty of laughs and a little friendly competition. Teams welcome

    Dress in your finest outfit from your favourite decade or just dress to impress - just come and have fun! We will be raising money for Scannappeal (now the Buckinghamshire Healthcare Charity) a cause which means so much to local people in Buckinghamshire. Tickets are just £10 with every £1 from ticket sales going to Scannappeal.

Birthdays, christenings, wedding receptions, family gatherings, long-overdue get-togethers or simply a very good excuse to get everyone around the same table — we’d love to help.

You bring the people. We’ll look after the rest.

The Cock & Rabbit has been bringing people together in The Lee for generations, and we rather like being part of life’s big occasions. Our restaurant, bars, covered terrace and gardens can all be used for private events, from intimate dinners to rather bigger gatherings.

When the weather behaves itself, our garden, covered terrace and outdoor kitchen are particularly good for relaxed summer parties and celebrations. Food, drinks, tables, timings — we’ll work through the details with you so you can concentrate on enjoying it.

The guest list, however, is entirely your responsibility.

We also understand that not every gathering is a celebration. If you’re arranging a wake, we’ll make sure everything is looked after with the care, warmth and respect it deserves.
